What is the purpose of training leave? — Individual training leave is a special type of leave granted to employees to attend training courses, prepare for exams, or engage in activities related to eligible training. It aims to enhance skills, facilitate career changes, or improve competitiveness.

Self-employed individuals receive a compensatory allowance paid directly by the State, based on their income used for pension insurance contributions, also capped at four times the minimum social wage.
How many days of leave are included in the training leave? — Employees can take up to 80 days of training leave over their career for professional development, with no or partial salary compensation.
