Your Role
As a Payroll Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll operations, supporting clients with inquiries, and maintaining payroll-related content. If you have an interest in payroll and a flair for marketing, this is a great opportunity to grow with us!
Your Responsibilities (Prioritized)
♦️ Highest Priorities:
✅ Assist with daily payroll operations to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing.
✅ Support clients with payroll-related inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
✅ Work closely with the team to optimize payroll processes and improve efficiency.
🔸 Medium Priorities:
✅ Handle communications with ITM, ACD, and CCSS, including official calls when necessary.
✅ Maintain and update payroll guides, FAQs, and resources to keep information accurate and up-to-date.
🔹 Lower Priorities:
✅ Contribute to payroll-related content creation with marketing insights to support the company’s growth.
✅ Take on additional responsibilities as needed to help develop and grow the company.
Your Profile
🔹 High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in payroll, accounting, or marketing is a plus).
🔹 Prior experience in payroll, administration, or customer support is preferred.
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
🔹 Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
🔹 Languages: French & English required. German and Luxembourgish are a plus; other languages are also beneficial.
🔹 Familiarity with Luxembourgish payroll software is a plus.
🔹 A creative approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
