Income and sales

Invoices you issue Numbered in sequence with the required legal mentions - the basis of your declared turnover.

Expenses and deductions

Supplier invoices and receipts Proof for every deductible expense, and for input VAT if you are registered.
Deductible expense records Office, equipment, travel and professional fees, kept by category - with a vehicle log if you claim car costs.

Contracts and compliance

Contracts and agreements Client contracts, leases and insurance that show the business nature of your income and costs.
CCSS and tax correspondence Affiliation, contribution statements, tax advances and assessments - what you have paid and what you still owe.
VAT records (if registered) VAT you have collected and paid, plus your periodic VAT declarations.
